These terms and conditions apply to both use of our products and services through our APIs or via the Bria application available on our website entitled “Starter”.

Derivative models may perform modified functionalities, beyond that available via Bria models, and fine-tuned models may be incrementally trained on customer data.
These terms and conditions provide for extended warranties and liability, especially with regards to infringement of copyrights in the framework of training Bria models. In addition, these terms and conditions include support services as further detailed in our Service Level Agreement.
